Internet Radio Stations And Updates

I updated and modified the internet radio station page on my website. I also made a few changes to hopefully improve the sites look. I added some tables to the internet radio station page and the links page. I plan on adding a few more features to the internet radio station page as well. I’ll get back to that when I have another full day to dedicate to it. As I review stations here they will be updated to the internet radio station page on my website.

For now I think I will keep the musical focus of the blog and website on the electronica genre, with the main focus being house, down tempo, chill, trip hop and Goth style E.B.M., Industrial, and Darkwave. Occasionally there will be some punk, rockabilly, and surf reviews, but there isn’t a lot out there in the rockabilly / psychobilly genres.

I added some c.s.s. to the main page for looks. It was my first attempt at c.s.s. and I think it came out pretty cool. The page just looked a little flat so I added a purple box around the page and a matching dragon. It should load properly in most browsers I hope. I figured I should get with the times and make an attempt at trying to learn at least the basics of c.s.s.

I added a blog roll to the links page, and I will be adding more links shortly. I feel the links page now looks a lot better than just a page of links. I will be adding more useful links shortly. I still want to make a few more changes to the pages format and then I will add some cool links as I come across them on the internet.

Here’s a quick Windows 7 and new computer update. Learning to type on a laptop can be compared to trying to type with your dick. I’m slowly getting the hang of it (typing on the laptop, not typing with my dick). I can type out letters and blog posts no problem but coding is turning out to be a bit of a hassle. I suppose it will just take a bit to get used to the new keyboard layout.

Windows 7 has a feature to write blog posts for blogger and some of the other popular blogging websites out there. I thought this was a really cool feature until I tried to use it today. Maybe, I just have to configure it, but when I went to set it up I found out I have to be online. I thought this would be a good feature for any pre written blog posts I decide to write throughout the day. If you have to be logged onto the internet why would I need their crappy software to do it when I can just go directly to BlogSpot to post. Blogger can be a bit buggy, so who knows, maybe after I get it configured it will work offline or use it to post if it’s not as buggy as the blogger interface.

Anyway, I think I’m back to posting regularly. People often ask does life imitate art, or does art imitate life. Not that this blog is any great depository of the written word, or that the crap I post here could even be considered a literary achievement of any sort, but in the case of this blog art imitates life. When I was just geeking out on my computer and playing chess, there was nothing funny going on, thus the shortage of posts. As I find cool and interesting stuff online and in real life is when I post to the blog. If I don’t find anything interesting or worth mentioning I try not to write anything or I find a video or some cheesy pictures to add here. As long as I go about my day I can usually find at least something interesting to write about (I hope). If I don’t fall into a coding trance, or chess binge I should be fine.

On that note, I just started beating level 2 chess titans regularly. Well I’m at a 10% win / draw ratio. That’s after the 41 games in a row the computer kicked my ass. I have now played 92 games (0h the shame ) and just feel like I’m starting to get some basic chess skills back. I’m going to try to get to 50% win draw ratio and then try level 3. With the original losing streak that’s not going to be for awhile. Ya, I know chess is boring, who gives a crap.

I should be posting regularly so “Thank you, come again!” quote to be said in cheesy East Indian accent.

Some Funny Graphics From Pyzam.com

I was looking for some graphics for my website and came across these at pyzam.com. I thought they were pretty funny, so I posted them here. Enjoy, and check out pyzam.com for more graphics for your social networking and internet pages. The above image was found searching google for a geek graphic.
The retarded image and the guy wishing everyone a nice day were found under the insult category. Everyone loves a good insult and some of them were pretty funny.
On this note I leave you with have a great day :)

Monkey Radio Internet Station Trip Hop Acid Jazz

A few days ago I discovered Monkey Radio. I was looking for some trip hop stations and found the link. I've been listening to the station for the last few days and have to say I'm pretty impressed. The station was exactly what I was looking for.

They play a nice selection of trip hop and acid jazz. A few of the songs seem to be played redundantly, and they really seem to like D.J. Krush. That's fine by me because he has to be one of my favorite turntablists next to Q-bert.

The website for the station is just a web page featuring their station mascot or logo, and a couple listening links. The station did cut out on me a couple times, but nothing too major or bothersome. I also had a problem connecting to the server once. According to the fine print on the web page their server can only handle 99 listeners. They should probably upgrade, because as more people discover this station, they are certain to return. The web page also suggests a irc chatroom on irc.landoleet.org #monkeyradio. I didn't get around to checking out the chatroom.

If your looking for a really good internet radio station that plays really smooth trip hop and acid jazz, then I strongly recommend Monkey Radio. Click here to go directly to the website for Monkey Radio.

I Got Bawls

My quest for Bawls is over. I looked all over for Bawls and just couldn't find any. Then when I least expected it, I found Bawls staring me in the face.

The other day while shopping in one of the local super markets I found Bawls brand G33k B33r. This is a highly caffeinated, Gaurana infused root beer. I was shocked to find Bawls in the super market I was in. The computer store that used to sell this product went out of business and I thought my quest for Bawls would be limited to online shopping.

When I got home I took my Bawls out of the bag and placed it in the fridge. I felt Bawls would be best served cold. An hour or two later I removed the Bawls from the fridge, twisted off the cap, placed the Bawls to my lips, in order to get the full effect of having Bawls in my mouth I swished the Bawls around like a fine wine, and then let the Bawls roll down my throat. Ohhhh, the joy of Bawls. I found Bawls to have a pleasant taste, and very stimulating as well.

The root beer taste wasn't overpowering, Bawls aren't overly sweet, and I realized that Bawls are very refreshing. I sucked down my Bawls around 3 in the afternoon, and it gave me a nice rush for the next couple hours. I found Bawls to be extremely enjoyable. The next time I see Bawls I will be certain to grab em.

If you need a quick pick me up, I would highly recommend grabbing some Bawls. Now if I could just find a Big Cock I would be all set.

Video - Ayria - My Device

Just saw this video and thought it was pretty cool so I posted it here. Its Ayria playing My Device.

First Windows 7 Gripe For The Illiterate

This is my first gripe with Windows 7. Actually its more of a beef with notepad. WHY THE HELL WON'T MICROSOFT PUT A SPELL CHECK IN NOTEPAD ! Yes, I know not too many people use that program anymore, but if they could upgrade that crappy Paint program to actually become a useful part of the prepackaged software that comes with the operating system they could of added a spell check to notepad.

I use notepad to design my websites. I learned html code when I was younger and I just find it easier to use then those website design programs that they have now. I like having clean looking code, and I find it easier for debugging and my site layout. However, if your a retard like me who relies heavily on a good spell check your totally screwed. I have to cut and paste the code into a spell check program when I'm through with the site design to check for typos.

Not much of an inconvenience yet as I loaded Notepad to do some updates to my website I really hoped they would of added the spellchecker. After seeing what they did for the Paint program it only seemed proper that they would of added this simple feature to notepad. God Damn It ! That was my Windows 7 idea and they didn't use it :(

Considering that you find this simple feature on just about any program, that has to do with any form of text editing, it just seems right that they should add it. Anyway, that's my rant for the day.

Nothing Funny About Chess And Underwear Bombs

O.k. I haven't been posting as much as I should. The truth of the matter is I haven't really had anything all that funny to write about. I wanted to write some commentary on the underwear bomber, but just haven't gotten around to it. So here goes, a post about chess and retard underwear bombers.

I have been spending the last week trying to get my chess game back and that's all I've been doing. We can thank the fine folks at Microsoft for including Chess Titans in the game section of Windows 7. Anyway more on that in a minute.

So this moron makes a bomb out of his underwear and bypasses airport security only to screw up the most important part. The bomb has to go off stupid ! Then the media goes on and on about underwear bombers from Yemen, the new Al Qaeda hot spot. The morons from Al Qaeda claim responsibility , and seem all proud 0f themselves. I'm sorry but these folks have to be the biggest group of inbred halfwits ever to grace this fine planet of ours.

First off everyone of there people seem like complete incompetent morons. Luckily they get up to bat and strike out. This guy does everything he's supposed to do only to fudge up the most important part, the explosion ! On top of it all, the moron ends up burning his nuts off. Ya these guys are real geniuses! Dumb and humiliated. Thank God/ess for small favors and huge morons.

Then the guys from Al CIAeda are claiming responsibility like its some big success. "Yes that moron is one of ours, he bypassed your security and burnt his nuts off on your plane. Praise be to Allah !" Anyway, I still can't believe these morons are public enema # 1. This has to be a conspiracy of a grand proportion, because these mental midgets seem incapable of not only pulling off Sept. 11th but also incapable of tying their own shoes. You would think that they would be so embarrassed by the incompetence that they would deny all knowledge. There even too stupid for that!

Yes, I am one of those conspiracy people, and this is why. I just can't believe that these morons were capable of what they did on Sept.11th. Underwear bombs, that's preposterous ! I pray they stay stupid for all our sakes.

Now, about the game of chess. There isn't much humorous about the game. However I always find something to poke fun at. As I was researching different chess strategies I came across this , Eduardas Rozentalis Wins 39th Rilton Cup. Now Eduardass will probably be a much better chess player than I can ever dream to be, but the guy bares a striking resemblance to Sascha Baron Cohens character of Borat.

I couldn't play this guy without thinking I was getting my ass kicked in a chess match by Borat. Anyway here are 2 links one is a google search of Borat images and the other is the link to Eduardas Rosentalis a.k.a Chess Master Borat. You have to admit there's a striking resemblance.

Sorry for the lame post, but I found it pretty funny. At least the chess master Borat part, those Al Qaeda guys are just retards and everyone should make mock of them as often as possible. I'll try and get back to some regular posting shortly. Peace !
